Hmm.  This claim is often made, and I think it's somewhat misleading.
Have you been to any clubs in Amsterdam?  I have, and there were no pill
testers.

From the report in Mixmag a year or two ago, I got the impression that
there are one or two pill testing groups which travel to different clubs
across the whole of the Netherlands.  I don't know if they receive
government funding.

There is also a government funded laboratory which tests pills (and
whose results are used by the mobile testers).

That's the first time I've heard this claim, and I don't believe it.
