Without knowing what seeds they are using, I'd say it's very unlikely.
I notice you say "re-established", but I don't think that either
Cannabis indica or C. sativa were ever native to Britain.  They don't
grow well here: it's too dark and cold.

Some of the strains developed for outdoor growing in the Netherlands
would do all right here.  But they're expensive, at least from retail
outlets.
