It would be possible.

It would also, in my opinion, be a complete waste of time.  Such
a survey would be of a self-selecting sample of a few hundred people
at most.  Anybody who knew anything about statistics would, quite
rightly, discount the results as meaningless.

I don't think this can be what you mean.  Last I heard, the world
population was just over 5000 million, and I don't think all of
those use cannabis...
