LSD etc

According to one pharmacopoeia I consulted, the lethal dose is at least 750g. I'm not sure if this was pure THC, or cannabis: either way, it wouldn't be possible to ingest that much. Anyway, a statement this general should be easy to disprove (if it's false). Many governments publish statistics showing numbers of deaths categorised by cause of death. Can anyone from the "keep cannabis illegal" lobby cite a single instance of a death attributed to cannabis?
