Well, I'm an ISP employee who thinks you're right (and almost mailed
to say so).  I was somewhat horrified to see Richard Nuttall wading
in, since i) he's not in the PR department, and ii) Harding's rule:
never post to Usenet in a professional capacity---you'll only get
torn to pieces.
