No.  What is wrong with kill?

If you want an equivalent to hitting CTRL-C to interrupt a foreground
process, it's `kill -INT <pid>'.  (Well, actually CTRL-C sends the
signal to the foreground process *group*.  You can do this with `kill
-INT -<pgid>', but you'll need to use `ps -j' to find the process group
ID.)
