Actually, it's pretty adept at munging `From:' lines.  You can't do much
with `To:' or `CC:' though.

There was some talk on the mailing list (send subscription requests
to <djb-qmail-request@koobera.math.uic.edu>) about issuing an RFD for
comp.mail.qmail.  I don't believe anybody's started the ball rolling
yet though.
