I've just posted it, this time with an "Expires:" header, so (assuming
your news system honours these things) the latest version will always
reside in your news spool.

The comp.mail.mime FAQ, and lots of others, are also archived at
various places, the canonical one being rtfm.mit.edu.

Please note that this posting is identical in content to the previous
one (of 22nd July).  I even resisted the temptation to fix that typo I
spotted the other day :-).
