My 'Sender:'-field is my header is wrong with Netscape Messenger

Of course, because Windows has no concept of authenticated users.

I'm not quite sure why you're worrying about the "Sender:" field; it
shouldn't cause any problems.  But you could simply create a login
account with the address you want.
