Some enlightened X.400 service providers (or ADMDs, as they are known) provide Internet gateways. Some Internet service providers provide X.400 gateways. The FAQs in comp.protocols.iso.x400 have details of these. Without knowing the address you are trying to reach, it's impossible to be more specific.
